Action:

1) Check if anyone else has the table open or is viewing data in queries, forms, or reports based on the table.
2) When the other person closes the table, try viewing data again:

a) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
b) Click the 'Tables' tab in the Database window.

c) Click 'Open'. (The table opens in the Datasheet view.)
